This problem is impossible without guidance about the legal interpretation of wills that contain bad math. JWG seems to be fighting with this, as he calculates the portions of $100, and--since the fractions sum to 13/12--they work out to $108.33.
It is interesting that he signs his name so conspicuously at the end.
