uncle Billy working in Lot & little Henry gone Twice to dayat work on Hen House yesterday
& went to Mrs Neals Funeral, Hot weatherLog 14 feet long to day
2 My Hogs missing - about
now
working in Lot Tobacco & will finish to day
Sewed Turnips in Garden & lot to day
Carried another Log for Planking sideshouse & 1 yesterday
Getting up apples to day making 6 at Millers
and 2 at Yates for Hhds staves or something else

17th. Last evening we finished getting up apples
at home about 1 hour by Sun old Henry & Milly Ann
went to stony p[o]int to see if it was worth
while to carry the Cart over there returned about
night no apples there, I saw Lila asked her
where they all were as I expected them to
go to beeting apples, said Henry was gone
to turn out Steers & was going to top some
Tobacco on Road & going to Keens to get
some things she wanted, shestoping the hands
& sending them off this morning I had a
strong noth notion of dismissing them all
& have told Henry he might go & get a house
for his wife & children, & If he did not do it
& his wife did not behave herself I would
put all his things in my waggon & carried
& put them on the ground in the Lynchg
Road & drive his wife away from here
& they are finally beeting apples

18th. Dug our forward Irish Potatoes yesterday Beet
Cider got 1 Barrel, & a little over Mr Moses & Kate
came down last night & got their Sow & 4 pigs I
gave them & also gave her a Barrel of Corn
which Jerry carried to her found my got only 1 pigspade Sow
