Dear Mother:

Well here I am again.
Have three letters from
you in the last few days.
First for the big question,
I don't know as yet when
I am getting off. I doubt if I'll
be home for Thanksgiving but
I may make it for Xmas. Don't
count too much on it though.

As I said in my last
letter I have heard from
Dad, I am sure it was not
he that Ida saw in B'Klyn.
I'll keep you informed of
everything I find out. He can
no doubt get the same type
insurance we get while he is
over there.
