NEW-YORK, and bound for Sacramento [bit] [lore] To say:

Freight payable as per margin in [???] or [???]
lent, before delivery of goods, which are to be [???]
from the vessel's tarkles, when ready to be discharged
or the master at liberty to lead the same, at the [???]
and risk of the goods, and sell sufficient tp pay freight
and charges. Vessel so have the privilege of something
at one or more ports, and not be accountable for the
con[??] of packages of low by fire or collision.

being marked and numberes as in the margin, and are to be delivered in the like order
and condition, at the Port of Sacra[??]]to [???s] (the dangers of the seas [???]
only excepted,) unto [?????] N Ryerson
or to his assigns, he or they paying freight for the said goods

with [??] primage and average accustomed. IN WITNESS THEREOF, the Master or
Purser of the said vessel hath affirmed to 4 Bills of Lading, all of this tenor
and date; one of which being accomplished, the others to stand void.
