Into the sacred relation, thus
described, you do now propose
to enter. We trust you are pre-
-pared to do so reverently, discreetly,
advisedly, soberly, & in the fear of God.
We commend unto you his word
as the lamp of your feet. Walk
in the light of it. So shall all
your obligations be well discharged;
elasticity & vigor shall keep your
spirits; and freshness & bloom
shall belong to your joys, when
youth & beauty may have passed
away.

With these directions, I
will proceed to receive your
plighted faith, & seal your
marriage vow.
