We had a grand swim
yesterday afternoon. I have
been in every day for over
a week now. Alice and
I were going on a hike this
morning but both failed
to wake up in time.

Florence Breed came over last
night and we played
"Bridge". Mabel and I are
going over to her house
to a luncheon to-day.

As for being broke it
is so near the end of the
month, and you will be
paid again soon.
