Snedward my dear old boy:

Your letter written yesterday reached
me today and I was delighted to get
it, and to know that you had such
a fine time on your trip to Mount
Agassiz. The high mountain air is
generally trying at first, but 10,000 ft
is not so very high, though it is quite
high enough for comfort. I shall be
glad to see the pictures of you in the
snow. You dont say whether the
shoes & mosquito netting arrived. Let
me know.

You will soon be coming home, only
ten days more up there, so you had better
make the most of it. I dont yet
know when Mother will be home, but
I hope she wont stay much longer in
Billings. I dont think she will leave
there though till the 23rd or get home before
Aug 5th. Les & Nor both send love
and so do I.
