My dear old Sned:

I have just received your postal
card written yesterday saying that you are
not at all well. I hope you are not
sick. Let me know what was or is
the matter with you. It is quite warm
here in the middle of the day, but the
evenings are very pleasant, and the nights
quite cool. No news from Mother,
Jocelyn or Richard. Les, Nor & I
are all well. We are going to Tiedemanns
to dinner tonight. Les only eats two meals
a day. Nature you know!

Take good care of yourself, and be
home on the 24th or 25th. You have your
ticket and if you need money for sleepers
etc, 'let me know at once so that I can
send it to you.
