coming down on the train last
tuesday night. All the same
bunch who had gone up
together were on the train ex-
cept one of the boys, and then
there was a new girl, Beth
Stark, from Oakland, who is
very nice.

Three of the other girls, Alden
Burrell and a fellow that was
on the train, and I went out
to the observation car and
stayed until we were
kicked out. Then we stayed
longer and had lemonade
and ginger ale. Gee we had
a swell time.

We had to get off the
train at 6:25 and there
were two motors to meet us.

It seems as if we had
been down here for months
all ready.
