My dearest Edward,

There isn't much news to-night
but I will tell you all that has
happened. I didn't go out to
College until ten this morning, for
History. I have Prof. Herbert Eugene Bolton, he is going
to begin the History lectures next
Tuesday. The Auditorium is simply
crowded, I have to go early in order
to get a seat.

This afternoon Carol had a
few of us girls down. Had lots of
fun, we just sat and talked also
ate, it wouldn't be a party unless
we ate. That is what makes me so
fat, eating in the afternoons. Mu
and Bob are going to the Thomas dance
