suffering with bronchitis all the Fall —
For a few weeks she was unable to
write, and then we realized that she
must be pretty sick, but I am thankful
that she can write again.

The Kinkajou seems to be quite happy
in his new cage, and your Mother
finds the care of him is less strenuous
which is well. He is a comical little fellow.
We had tea or rather chocolate at your Mother's on
Sunday. Aunt Maude and Helen had been there to
lunch, and they all stopped at our door in the car
on their way home from a ride. Lots of love dear
Edward and a Merry Christmas and a bright and happy New Year.
