finally began doing en-
tertainment work for sailors
and soldiers and have be-
come so interested in it
that I don't care if I get
anything professional until
the need for this other work
is over. There are five of
us who go out together. We
get booked by the Y.M.C.A.

Ours is the only crowd
that gives little plays,
as well as single numbers
which include music, songs,
monologue & dancing. For
awhile we only went out
two or three times a week.

But lately — especially
since the quarantine for
the "flu" was lifted, we
have had so many calls
that four times a week
