fifteen numbers or less --- Mrs Fisk kindly
offered me theirs & it came by mail --- so I rang
up to thank them & it was Dr Fisk who answered
he said we had good "reason to feel proud" about
it - & evidently he [underlined] considered it a great honor he
said - "we are proud that a friend of ours has
received it" -- He & his wife called here a few Sundays
ago. with their little four year old "Rebecca" to see
Kink. I think [underlined] you have met some of the family
Mrs Fisk was a Miss Hank whose father was
Medical Director at Mare Island long ago --- &
another daughter married Dr Lovering --- at St
Helena --- you remember Philips Lovering.
