We had grand weather yesterday
while sailing. This morning it
is cloudy again. I don't like the
weather around here its just
like winter. Give me the Sacramento
River. It is noon now and the
sun hasn't shone once yet. I
bet it is hotter than hades up
the River.

Mabel Linderman just got home. She is
all burnt up too. You ought to
be here everybody is trying to
talk at once. Mabel is telling
about her trip and I am
trying to tell about ours.
Martha did some washing
this morning, Joc washed
the machine. I cleaned my
room. You said I couldn't work.
Then I washed some stockings.

I found your pajamas
under your pillow. Joc brought
them home. John Linderman found Nor's bars
