enough now, dearest, to know
that you are really serious.
As for my part I am just a true to
you as anyone could be.

This morning I went over
to get my bird at Traphagen's.
Geraldine Traphagen kept it for me while I
was away. Cliff came home with
me as he wanted to see Martha
and Joc.

To-night Uncle Louis and
Aunt Gertrude May Linderman are coming down.
I guess we will all go over to
the American after dinner.

I have something grand to tell
you. It may come true and
it may not. But Martha and
Joc said that this next week-end
they would chaperone Phil & Carol
and you & I down at Brookdale.
I hope that we can do it. We
can if Mother and Father go down
to get the machine at King City, California.
