have a wonderful time and

After lunch yesterday we
went in swimming. That
is most of us went in. It
was cold as the deuce. But
was loads of fun. There was
a strong currant [current] so we had to
be careful.

We wanted to sail
around Alcatraz on our way
home but the Captain said
it would be too hard to buck
the wind and it was
too rough. I slept all the
way home, down in the
cabin.
