It was nice enough to sit in the
garden yesterday Sunday. & it
looked very pretty.

Edith was to return to San Rafael
& her friend Mrs Scott Brooke
today from the hospital — 4 weeks
today since she entered it.

She had one or two faint attacks
last week, but on the whole was
supposed to be doing well.

Frances & her mother & Ramsey
are expected back this week from
the South. His call is in the Hawaiian
Islands with his ship I think.
