slobbery kisses you mentioned
almost broke my heart this morn-
ing. New York is quite too lone-
some without you, and I shall
have to leave it until you come
back. Everything reminds me of
you, especially the telephone. I
can't stand it, for I want my
Sned to call me up, and I
want to be kissed and petted
and scolded, and yes, even
criticized again. I love you
so and am just sending my
love to you on thought waves every
minute, all over those thousands
of miles between us. Some day
there won't be any miles between
us and then we'll be so happy.
