There was one landed in
Carcelles and killed a horse.
I don't know about the rider,
but the horse still lay in the
road when we passed. In
Braine there were four
houses struck on the main
street that we pass along. There
was also a horse and cart
in the street. The horse was
all shot to pieces and the
cart was smashed up. It
was from the eclat from the
shell that hit one of the houses.
In all I saw where five
shells landed. All these where
on the streets that we pass
along. Shells have been
coming in regular this evening.
