* Had the roming guard post from
8:30 until 12:45. First time as a
military Police. Our baggage is lost
and the railroad officials are unable
to locate it. Shot on the rifle range
this afternoon, and it was as hot as
sinn.

Wednesday May 22 '18.

On duty from 8:30 until 12:45 in
the M.P. office. Got orders for all the
cadets to be ready to leave for flying
school. Got permission along with
fifteen other cadets to go to Niort.
The truck broke down eight Km. from
town and we had to walk in. Had
a fine time with Charlie Grant
visiting some of his French friends.
Came home on the train.

Went on patrol with Grady
