Tuesday July 16 '18.

I was made sick this morning
after hearing the news that everybody
in leaving would go direct to
Issoudun without three days leave.
I have looked forward to these
three days ever since I arrived
here.

Perry Patton busted up the
rotery this afternoon in starting
on his voyage.

Wednesday July 17 '18.

Got my orders to leave for Issoudun
this afternoon at 3 P.M. Had to rush
around to get ready. Grub Clover
wanted me to go to Paris with
him. I felt a little leary, but we
arrived at the depot about ten minutes
before the Paris train left. I felt
pretty sore, and disgusted so when I
saw the train sitting there I said
lets get the tickets so we did and
asked some of the boys to look
out for our baggage. We landed
in Paris at 8 P.M. and went
