Everybody:

Had a great trip on the train
yesterday. We came through some of the
most beautiful country I have ever seen.
The farms here are just like so many
parks. Every home is layed out with
hedges some of them miles long. We
were received everywhere like one of
their own countrymen. We are camped
in a place something like our camp
in America. We are camped with
other Eng. from America. There are
soldiers from England, Scotland
Australia, Canada and many other
of our allies. Most of the men here have
been wounded and are here to
recouperate. They tell us many
