war is going on after being over here. The
Marines have been doing great work against
the Huns so far. I hope the war will come
to an end before long, which I think will.

Mahan the other day riding on a motocycle
but he never got my eye. Might run on to some
of the other boys yet. There is a quite a few
boys from California in our company. Woods is
in the hospital with the mumps so dont
know whether I will see him any more or
