buy you and Ida, also Ruby something
to bring back with me when I come. Sent
you some postal cards today. Also rec'd
Ida's letter with her picture which I
thought was very good of her. Got Ruby's
letter also. Wrote you all some letters the
other day. We spent a very quiet New
Years. Didn't do any drilling today. Some
of the boys have got their Christmas
Boxes. Am expecting mine most any time.

Hope you are getting some of my
letters now. Have been writing pretty
often lately. Wrote Aunt Nell
a letter yesterday and also Jack Lash.

I bet Bernie didn't spend her
New Years on the ranch this year. ha-ha

Well excuse this letter as I wrote
it in a hurry as I have to get cleaned
up for tomorrow. Hoping this finds
