Dear mother:

This is Sunday again
so will answer your last letter
which I rec'd about a week ago.

It was letter No. 61 and
was dated May 20. Rec'd one from
Ida the same day dated May
12 and answered it several
days ago. Wrote you a short
note the other day & sent a bunch
of war pictures along with it
so will answer your letter
today. It has been pretty warm
here lately. Too warm to feel
