They drove cars down.
I had a chance to go
if I wanted to, but I was
advised to stay in Paris,
so I stayed.

I tried to knock a
street car off of the track
with the machine this
afternoon, but had little
success. Lts. Kicklighter
and Armstrong were in the
back seat. They were
prety badly scared as I
was going very fast. I only
sprung one rear wheel
and smashed the rear
fender.
