They had a five mile foot
race here at Kelly Field and
one of the runners out of
the 83rd Aero Squadron won
the race his name is Leland H Gay.

Frank Harrison the Boss at
the Bay Development Co. has enl-
isted in the Aviation Section
and is down here I did not know
that he was enlisted he came
over to see me today and he
told me that I am going to
be Truck Master as soon as
I get back to work for the
Bay Development Co so that
will not be so bad and that
suits me find as I will sure have
a fine job then.

I go over to see Clem every
day he likes it fine down here
