San Francisco boys in the Squadron

is Ingraham he used to go around
Shortie's shop one in a while.
I bought a fifty dollar Liberty
Bond it is just as well I did as I
might spend the money some way
that would do me no good and
I want to save some as I might
need it when I get out of the Army
they say when the send the men
over to France they are only going
to give them fifteen dollars a month
to spend and make them save fifteen
dollars a month as they say the men
will be rich over there on fifteen
dollars a month they say a cent
goes as far over there as a dollar
does here. I do not know just
how true that is but guess it is so.
