wilt .& it wil save þe fro alle manere of evelle &
feve[r]e of þat [y]ere. On Seynt Pirnelle Day lete þe blode
on þe lefte arme. & þat is gode for wat[er] be twene
þe felle & þe flessh .iiij. dayes þere ben of p[er]ile þe .vij.
