I went to look at the Whittiker place.

A cool breeze about all day. We sat about the store and kept Sunday
very quietly and that is all I know about it.

A fine day clear and sunshiny and quite warm in the latter part of it owing to the new president. We J E Lew Mother and I went to see the Miss Whittiker place near Horsetooth. Liked it quite well it is numbered NE [28?] Section one T 7 N Range 68 W. When we came back to town Lew made a [filing?] on a piece [joining?] and most of it enclosed by the same fence.
