April 2.
Pretty windy and quite warm. Lew went up to the hills. I moved some rose bushes and commenced to irrigate the piece of corn ground over in the North West corner.

April 3. Wed
Very nice day. Lew Still up to the hill place. I irrigated some and Set plum trees some and had a good many chores to do besides.
