Cold in the morning in fact we had some frost but it got quite comfortable. We finished cutting the seed alfalfa found lots of bumble bees nests. Then Mr Dixon and Will and Mr Mattis hauled in the afternoon and fixed up some of the stacks that the wind had blown down. I cut a little Jappaneese [Japanese] buckwheat and irrigated some and picked some sweet corn for seed and we had lots of company.
