Description

Commonly known as the Rebel Avengers, Company H of the 33rd Regiment, Mississippi Infantry (Confederate) was organized on March 1, 1862 in Coahoma County, Mississippi under the command of Capt. W. S. Warren and served in the Western Theater. It was later commanded by Capt. James C. Sharp. It was reorganized as Company H of the 22nd Regiment, Mississippi Consolidated Infantry on April 9, 1865.
