Commonly known as the Enterprise Guards, Company B of the 14th Regiment, Mississippi Infantry (Confederate) was organized on April 18, 1861 in Clarke County, Mississippi under the command of Capt. R. Stewart Wier and served in the Western Theater. It was later commanded by Capts. Jasper C. Winn and Samuel Williamson.
