I hope that you will find me the [?] that this affair gives me reason to urge the sup-plying of tents in compliance with the order you were so obliging as to give me upon Col Harkins that the companies ready be in camp and no similar mistakes occur—

was Capt Booths, A statement of the facts is sufficient to induce you to do me justice in the premises Three troops too would leave here immediately put in camp by me if the tents could have been procured as I expected. I presume of course the order originated in a mistake or in facts of which I know nothing. There can be in due time no intimation as I am sure there is no [?] to interfere with the arrangments made
