To the Speaker of the Senate
Jackson Miss"

Honored Sir, Being Clerk of the Circuit Court of this County, and wishing to go in accordence with the Law, I am unable so to do unless those late Laws' are immediately put in pamphlet form, and sent to the different Clerks of the State—For instance it is said that jurors are to get $300/100 per day & some of the County Court papers are to go in the Circuit Court; even if under $150.00/100 & some to go in the Chancery Court &c &c . I wish the laws published in pamphlet form containing those late changes as Court is comeing on, and I wish to have every thing right—

Hopeing you will answer me, or, if as is most probable, you have not time, please hand this tosome influential member of the House, and let such a law be passed immediately—

Yours respectfully

B. F. Moore Clerk
