Letter from Baskerville and Whitfield to Mississippi Governor Charles Clark; December 18, 1863

Columbus Miss Dec 18/63

His Excellency Gov. Clark

Sir

They, together with the other influencers we expected to controll will render our prospects of success still more Certain & prompt in getting out the Cotton Cards.

We have the honor to be very Resply Yr Obdt

Baskerville & Whitfield
