Under the provisions of certain Acts of Congress, relating to the publication, custody, and distribution of the Laws of the United States and other Public Documents, this Department has, this day, forwarded to your address, by the Adams Express, two sets of the Documents of the 36th, 37th & 1st Session of the 38th Congresses in all ____ volumes.
