H Brougham re his application for wire netting and asking Council to reconsider his application
Cr OShanahan proposed Cr Puckridge seconded That Mr Brougham be advised to apply to have the lease detered to perpetual
when he can apply again

EPG Oswald re Councils application for refund of the 10/10/- paid him for supervision of Poonindie Foot Bridge and stating he was willing to refund if the Council would guarantee him fair remuneration
Cr Bruce proposed Cr Dutton seconded
