Chairman apologised for Cr McFarlanes absence.
Balance Sheets for ½ Year ending 31.12.21 & Auditors Report
The following half yearly Balance Sheets were submitted & read, General Funds, Wire Netting A/c, & Govt Grants A/c, & Auditors report thereon. Moved by the Chairman " That the Balance sheets & Auditors report be adopted " 2nd by Cr Puckridge and carried.

Letter from the Secretary in reference to resisting the L.G.O's Log.
Councils resisting to bear cost of same pro-rata.

Letter from the Chairman informing Clerk that S.J.Wyatt's tender for supply of rations to Destitute persons in the District had been accepted.

Letter acknowledging cheque for £50 on A/c wire netting instalments.
