Report of Elections Returning Officer reported the result of the Annual Elections held on July 4th as follows :Councillor for Lincoln Ward Candidates R M McFarlane 102 votes W Hartley 111 votes Walter Hartley duly elected Councillor for Mortlock Ward Candidates Albert Palm 45 votes Oscar A Hall 54 votes Oscar A Hall duly elected Councillor for Warrow Ward WG Morgan elected unopposed Auditor O Blackman elected unopposed
Election of Chairman Councillor JD Bruce was re-elected Chairman for ensuing year on Motion of Cr OShanahan Sec Cr Morgan. Carried
Minutes of Previous Meeting were read & confirmed
Balance Sheets Balance Sheets for year ending June 30th 1914 of the General Fund, Wire Netting Fund, Main Road Fund, & Account A were read. Cr JD Bruce Pro & Cr OShanahan Seconded That the balance Sheets as read be adopted. Carried.

Auditors Report Auditors report read & adopted. Letter from Commissioner of Crown Lands re District Council of Cummins. Received.
Wire Netting Quotation Circular containing quotation for Wire netting from Surveyor General. Received.
Re Gravel Letter from HE Turner Solicitor re Gravel being removed from Liverpool St Referred to Overseer for report.
Lighting Rotunda Letter from Port Lincoln Band requesting that Rotunda be lighted. Deferred until the Band present a price showing Cost of same.
New Footpath Letter from Mr RM McFarlane requesting footpath constructed on West Road adjoining Reserve Cr JD Bruce Pro } That tenders for same be called Cr Hartley Sec } for Next Meeting. Carried
White's River Bridge Cr O'Shanahan requested that the attention of the Pverseer be drawn to White's River Bridge as it requires pointing up. Referred to Overseer.
Road Grubbing Cr Puckridge requested some Grubbing done in Hd of Kiana along Sections No 77. 78. & 83 Referred to Overseer

Cr Morgan requested that 2 chains of Metalling be added to present work sanctioned in Lake wangary Overseer instructed to have same done
Cr Hall asked for information re Cummins & Yeelanna Works. Informed that same were being attended to.
Cr Hartley requested that one Chain more be added to Contract in front of Grand Hotel. Overseer stated that he considered it unneccessary. Decided to have the present road repaired.
Ulipa Petition Petition from Ratepayers in Hd of Ulipa Cr Puckridge Pro } That Tenders for the work be called Cr Hall Sec } for next meeting. Carried
Shannon Petition Petition from ratepayers re Road from Shannon to Cummins Cr Hall Pro } That tenders for the work Cr Puckridge Sec} be called for next meeting. Carried
Council Meetings Cr Morgan Pro } That the day & hour of Council Cr OShanahan Sec } Meetings for ensuing year be the same as previously. Carried
Travelling Exs Cr OShanahan Pro } That the Travelling Allowance Cr Puckridge Sec} be 6d per mile as before. Carried
Assessor Cr OShanahan Pro } That the Clerk be appointed Cr Puckridge Sec} Revisor of Assessments at a fee of £10-10-0. Carried
