Cr Secombe spoke in reference to removal of
night-soil for which Tenders for removal were
again due. He moved that Tenders
be called for removal of same. Tenders
to give price for Daylight removal with
trolly and pans and also give price for
the present system. Alternative Tenders
for each one to be in by next meeting.
