Letter from Tumby Council re forming a District Council's Association on Eyre Peninsula.

Resolved that this Council accept the suggestion provided that the majority of Council's consent; & would suggest that there be three instead of two delegates. Carried.

Application from Mr HC Roediger to Lease that portion of the water reserve lying within the boundaries of Sect 6 Hd. Shannon.
Moved by Cr Hall that the Council strongly support
Mr HC Roedigers application, to the Govt: 2nd Cr Simes & carried.
