Minutes of Meeting held Nov 21st 1913
Present Councillors Hartley, Puckridge, Morgan & Bruce

Report of Elections
The Returning Officer reported that as a result
of the Extraordinary Election which had taken
place on Nov 7th Mr J D Bruce had been
re-elected as Councillor for Lincoln Ward
unopposed.

Acting Chairman
The Chairman Councillor O Shanahan not being
present it was proposed by Cr Morgan
& Sec by Cr Puckridge that Councillor
JD Bruce be appointed Acting Chairman.

Minutes of Previous Meeting was read & Confirmed.

Financial Statement read & estimates of work presented.

Chairman reported that an enlarged Photo of
the late Mr E P Oswald ( a former Chairman
of the Council had been presented to the Council
by Mrs Oswald for the purpose of hanging in
the Chamber with the photos of other Chairman.
Cr Hartley ) That a letter of thanks be sent
Cr Morgan) to Mrs Oswald for the Presentation

Lease of Water Reserve
Correspondence
Letter from H C Wilson requesting a lease of
Water Reserve Rc
Morgan ) That a lease be granted on
Puckridge) Similar terms to HC Wollaston
with right to put well & erect windmill.
Matter deferred until next meeting.
