the Italian Council, the sweetness
of the ladies who form it thier
welcome to her & hers.
We tried to enjoy her visit
to Rome and hope whe will
return soon again. As to the
efficient work of the Inter.
Council I feel more & more
that we miss led some women
willing to give up all their
other work & life and travel
simply for the purpose of
developing that spirit of internationalism where
it exists & causing it to be
[form?] where it seems absent.
We need apostles as of old.
The consequences will be
tremendous. We must especially
fit them with the gift of
tongues and a thorough know-
ledge of internationalism in law
& social world economy and
