February 14, 1901.

A special meeting of the Board of Trustees was held,
as notified, on Thursday, February 14, 1901, at 2:30 o'clock P.M.

Present. The President and Messrs. Cheever, Choate,
Hutchins, Reynolds, Sears, Watson and Whitney.

Records
The records of the meeting of January 25, 1901 were read
and approved.

Trustees elected February 4, 1901
The President announced that, at the Annual Meeting
of the Proprietors held on February 4, 1901, Messrs. Joseph
Sawyer and Francis C. Foster were chosen as Trustees to
serve for six years, ending 1907, and that Mr. Edward W.
Hutchins was chosen a Trustees to serve until 1904, to
fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Jerome Jones.
