Report of Investments
The Committee on Finance having presented a Report
of investments made on account of the Repair Fund
from to , it was voted that
the same be accepted and placed on file.

Henry H. Fay Request
The Committee to whom was referred the request of
Henry H. Fay in regard to a proposed contract for the
care of Lot #1416, without guaranty having requested
further time to consider the matter, it was voted that
the pause be granted.

Automobiles Use of in Cemetery prohibited
Voted, that no person be allowed to enter the
Cemetery in an automobile or Motor carniage
of any description.

Petition of William J. Warnock Adm'r.
A petition 418 having been received from William J.
Warnock,Administrator of the estates of Jane Warnock
Boyd and Ellen Warnock, that he be allowed to sur-
render the certificates for graves Nos. 157 and 176, in
the "Vesper Lot" and to receive in exchange therefor certif-
icates for two graves adjoining each other from those
remaining unsold, and the he be permitted to remove
the bodies of the said Jane Warnock Boyd and Ellen
Warnock from the graves now occupied by them to
said new graves, on payment of the usual fees,
it was Voted, that said petition be granted.
