The Trustees feel and know that such an example of
devotion is rare: and they cannot expect to replace him.
They can only express to him their love and respect,
and hold him always in the warmest remembrance."

Voted that the resolutions be adopted as read, and
that the Secretary be directed to send a copy of the
same tto Mr. Spelman

Frank W. Reynolds, Vote on Decease of
The President made appropriate reference to the death
of Frank W. Reynolds which had occured since the
last meeting, when his resignation had been accepted,
and it was voted that the Secretary be instructed to
express to the family of Mr. Reynolds the apprecia-
tion by the Board of his services as a Trustee and
their sorrow as his death.

By-Laws Article II proposed amendment
The Committee appointed, at the meeting of November
8, 1905, to consider and report as to the best method of
procedure to be adopted in order to secure the passage of
an amendment to the By-Laws providing for the pay-
ment of a suitable salary to the President and of
compensation to the members of the Board for their ser-
vices in attending its meetings, reported through
the President that Article II of the By-Laws be amended
so as to read as follows:

Article II.

The officers of the Corporation shall be twelve
