"etc. in an orderly and convenient form
"for reference, and shall attend to such other
"business as may be required.~

"At the Meetings of Senate the following
"order of business shall be observed.—
"1. Reading, amending if necessary and
"sanctioning the Minutes of the previous meeting.
"2. Business arising out of the Minutes of
"previous meeting.~
"3. Other business.
"The Principal or other member presiding
"shall decide on all questions of [?], subject

"All motions must be in writing, and must
"be seconded before being debated or voted upon.

"Any member who shall have made
"a motion shall have liberty to withdraw it
"with the Consent of his Seconder and of the
