Deserts Puddings - Pies

Lemon Creme

2 cups water, the juice of
two lemons and grated peel
of one then add 1 cup sugar.
2 tablespoons cornstarch
stir with a little cold water,
when boiling pour in.
Then add yolks of 6 eggs
well beaten till it comes to
a boil Then add the beaten
whites (little a time) till done
while still on stove all this is
done. Then pour in dish
let cool, serve with macar-
rons or cake.

Farena Pudding

Boil rhubarb with sugar &
vanilla Strain through a
siev when done then add
a cup farena boil till thick
serve with vanilla creme.

Vanilla creme

[?} pt milk, put in sugar
enough to sweeten, vanilla to
taste, add 1 spoonful corn starch
mixed in cold water
